Celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Redress by joining the Toronto Chapter of the NAJC. The apology and the redress agreement of 1988 were made possible by one of the most successful civil rights campaigns in Canadian history. This landmark achievement was negotiated by the National Association of Japanese Canadians (NAJC).
September 22nd, 1988 marked a turning point in our nation’s history. On that remarkable day, Canada took a giant step towards becoming the respected country we know today.
The Redress Anniversary membership [. . .] includes a half-year subscription to the BULLETIN, the only bilingual, national Japanese-Canadian magazine in Canada. Watch out for the Greater Toronto NAJC Chapter updates in every issue. Membership is for July 2018 through December 2018.
